Natural Hierarchies

Natural phenomena occur in geometric patterns that evolve over time while adapting to changing conditions. Fractal Organizations are “biomimetic” 21st Century systems that enable cooperative work environments fueled by shared purpose and goals. Just like Nature and what we’ve learned from leading-edge science, Fractal Organizations allow a continual flow of information from the edges of the organization, where members interact with the environment of production, distribution, and customers or clients, to the center of the organization, where leaders gather collective intelligence to allocate resources to the edges. This produces an even flow of information and resources, enabling organizations to adapt to changing conditions and evolve and expand naturally.
