Facilitation Services
Creating solid partnerships and shared vision requires strategy development, awareness, and shared expectations of the results or successes you envision. Aligning your intentions and sharing your needs, reasons, and perspectives for working together is key to reducing uncertainty while making agreements about the decisions you will face as your situation unfolds.
Facilitating your partnering process includes: 1) strengthening personal relationships on your leadership team through small group and one-to-one experiences so that everyone builds interpersonal connections with integrity;
2) developing an understanding of how information needs to flow so you can realize your strategies as well as a common understanding of your goals, objectives, and the processes you will use to keep information flowing toward the results you seek;3) developing a common understanding of the resources you need to realize your strategy, what results will follow from the strategy, how and in what quantity resources will flow into your groups, and how you will distribute those resources;4) determining your expectations of the key performance parameters you will measure and when (short-term or long-term), and how you will measure the quality of the work you create;5) determining what risks you face or the uncertainties ahead to develop a risk reduction plan with schedules and timelines.The result of this process is a shared vision of what you are creating together, why you are doing it, the outcomes you would like to make manifest, and the core competencies and processes by which you will execute your strategy. Your shared vision has core values that remain constant yet evolves with changing conditions. It is fundamentally necessary for operating an adaptive, fractal organization.
