StrateGems interactive training program is modular and customizable to your team’s interests and needs. Modules are one-hour each.

This program is enhanced by auxilliary services, such as leadership consulting and development, assessment surveys, and complementary team-building activities such as ropes courses, star parties, cooking classes, and more. StrateGems offers offsite experiences that amplify the effects of this training in pristine environments that ground and connect participants with their creative purpose.

Module 1. Dynamic Leadership

Modern leadership requires mentoring, guiding, and inspiring the dedication of stakeholders to shared vision and goals in order to maximize time and resources.

Purpose: Participants learn the advantages of shifting from control to cooperation and how Nature operates and evolves through adaptation to changing conditions. Applying the wisdom of recent scientific breakthroughs to organizational operations enables leaders to distribute responsibility for success across the organization.

Module 2. Shared Vision and Goals

Leaders and teams are most effective when shared vision unifies collective actions.

Purpose: Participants enhance their understanding of how shared vision amplifies and inspires personal responsibility and accountability. Leaders who connect big picture goals to daily work processes accelerate successful teamwork that reaches best outcomes and decisions quickly and efficiently.

Module 3. Group Collaboration

Facilitated discussion provides iterative feedback for information and resource flows.

Purpose: Encouraging the participation of all stakeholders guarantees no rocks left unturned in your quest for the best solutions and most innovative ideas. Through the process of facilitating regular discussions and feedback, you reduce uncertainty and risks in making decisions and direct team members’ focus toward best outcomes.

Module 4. Diverse Personalities

Unique viewpoints and perspectives provide the necessary contrast for understanding the bigger picture that no one person can see.

Purpose: Attempting to control the behavior of humans is futile. Leaders who engage the diversity of viewpoints and direct outcomes toward shared vision, goals, and objectives will always find ways to avoid problems and reach the best outcome in any situation or project.

Module 5. Direct Communication

Planning and making agreements for work projects or processes requires regular communication, both in person and with technology.

Purpose: Everyone navigates life with assumptions, which is why we need agreements-based planning processes that require more time on the front end but produce less waste and fewer mistakes during the work process itself. Projects come in under budget and ahead of schedule as a result of real planning and shared agreements.

Module 6. Emotional Intelligence

Choosing comedy over drama resolves situations faster with fewer mistakes.

Purpose: Participants learn how to hone their thoughts and guide group intentions toward achieving shared vision, purpose, goals, and objectives. The ability to shift a dramatic situation into one with a positive outcome is invaluable in business and personal life.

Module 7. Fractal Hierarchy

Establishing a natural org chart boosts organizational synergy through group dedication to continuous improvement.

Purpose: Granting functional-level staff the responsibilities and authority for improving their own work processes within the context of the group’s shared vision builds confidence and loyalty. Cross-functional team building improves efficiencies throughout the organization by leveraging resources strategically.

Module 8. Collective Intelligence

Investing in human beings increases creativity and information-processing abilities throughout the organization.

Purpose: Participants gain conversation tools for increasing collective intelligence and using information freely, across all organizational functions. The ability to leverage collective intelligence and flow information more efficiently also improves the flow of resources from clients, customers, vendors, and agencies.

Module 9. Personal Mastery

Balancing work and personal life improves personal health, productivity, and decision-making.

Purpose: Participants learn why relaxation, visualization, and meditation make for healthier brains and bodies and also receive recently discovered nutritional information for preventing illness and downtime.

Module 10. Transformation Architecture

Converting a top-down organization into fractal requires the entire organization.

Purpose: This module provides the process you’ll need to convert a top-down hierarchy into a natural hierarchy and how to engage all stakeholders in the necessary changes for your new system to succeed.
