The Leadership StrateGems program is designed to help executives reconstruct their hierarchies organically with nested layers of responsibility and create exciting work environments with unlimited possibilities within the parameters of shared vision and purpose. Workplace Collaboration: Green Your Teams

Everyone’s going organic—especially in work environments where effective communication and collaboration are the keys to sustainable success as well as reduced stress. In this five-module Workplace Collaboration training program, you’ll learn natural techniques for improving direct communication between diverse personalities through innovative group collaboration tools. The techniques we teach have been tested in thousands of workshops nationwide and are based upon organic processes in nature that drive continuous improvement and group success.

Stress Relief Tools and Techniques: Healthy Workplace

Participants learn the science behind the stress response in our bodies and how to prevent stress from harming personal health and zapping productivity. A two-module subset of our Leadership StrateGems and Workplace Collaboration programs, Stress Relief Tools and Techniques teaches relaxation and visualization techniques for reducing stress and improving personal health.

Growing Human Capital through Organic Leadership Initiatives

Maintaining high employee involvement and performance to grow a firm’s human capital requires engaging staff in functional-level decision making. Strategic human resources efforts toward this goal are often thwarted by systemic-level issues, such as internal competition, that result in top-down hierarchies. Discover how to implement and maintain the strategic employee initiatives necessary to compete successfully in the marketplace. You’ll gain skills needed to:
