What is a Smart Situation?

In Smart Situations, the characters in the scene figure out what’s going on in time to make the best decisions about the best use of resources that create the best outcomes in their situations.

Situations where resources, including time, money, and materials, are not being used most efficiently are missing information. In these situations, information is not flowing in real time and decisions are made prematurely about how to use resources, often putting those resources at risk for squandering or misuse.

The answer is to get and keep everyone on the same page with collective goals and agreements. This requires a new relationship system that better enables the flow of information and resources toward best outcomes. Fractal Organizations are emerging in situations where people want to work together more effectively, with more fun and creativity and fewer stress-related health issues.

What is a Fractal Organization?
